Social Housing introduction
Most countries in the world divide their housing into public housing or private housing. Public housing is a guaranteed housing that is paid  by the government, while private housing is a privately owned or market-oriented commercial housing that does not enjoy government purchases.
It is similar to low-rent housing. The households do not have any property rights. There is also a public housing. The government provides considerable preferential conditions, so that the housing owners have a part of the property rights.
Social security housing is a special type of residential housing in African housing construction. It usually refers to the unified planning and coordination of the government and is provided to low- and middle-income people according to national policies and laws and regulations. The construction standards and sales prices or rent standards for this type of housing are limited, and the housing plays a social security role.
