Solution
BR PREFAB communicated with  owner about requirements for many times. In the consideration of architectural facade effect and project budget,  corrugated plate are choosed as the wall solution. and adjusted the window layout accordingly. which not only met the owner's requirements for the appearance, but also saved the cost.
BR PREFAB carry out accurate load capacity and wind capacity calculation,  portal rigid frame system are used. Steel deck and concrete as the secon floor ground. In terms of elevator selection, The elevator room and stair do not go out of the roof, , making the whole project more concise, exquisite and beautiful.
