The two structural houses  are located in Sepang country.   Mr Kelvin is the owner of the structurehouse. He decided to build a new house in his own courtyard after remove his old house. Our international senior engineer provide the architectural drawings in AUTOCAD format. Ground and first floor has the same plan. there are three bedrooms in each floor of structure house.  every floor occupy 66.56 SQM and the house size is 10.4m*6.4m. total square metes for two floors is 133.12 SQM. Mr Kelvin is satisfied with our professional design.

Our structrual engineer use the TEKLA software to have structural calculation for structure house. About 45kg galvanized aluminum zinc materials are used per SQM.  To make sure that the house is strong and long life. The galvanized  aluminum zinc materils is very good for anti corrosion.

During installation, we sent two engineers to the construction site to give instruction for structure house. every parts for the structure house has their own marks. they have their own placce.we built the house just like building blocks. It takes about one month to complete the house.

Inside and outside of the structure house, we use enviromental protection materials with good apperance. We put wall paper on the inside wall, and hang PVC panel on the outside wall. we put rock wool materials inside the wall .because rock wool is heating proof and sound proof. steel ddor ,alumnium window, pvc gypsum ceiling  , aluminum trim are other accessories for the house. When the house are completed, every members of the family very happy,
